Purpose
The MSO Automation App is intended only for authorized MSO Import & Export LLC staff. It uses self-hosted n8n workflows to automate approved internal processes, including invoice creation and other repetitive administrative tasks connected to QuickBooks Online.
How the app works
- Only authorized MSO staff may use the app or request QuickBooks Online connection changes.
- The app uses Intuit authorization to access the QuickBooks Online company approved by MSO.
- n8n workflows perform approved tasks such as creating invoices and reducing duplicate manual entry.
- Connection, reconnection, and disconnection are handled by the authorized MSO user or administrator.
Data use summary
The app is designed to access only the QuickBooks Online data needed to provide the approved internal automation workflow. MSO does not sell QuickBooks Online data or use it for unrelated advertising.
