How to request deletion
Email sales@msoexport.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include the information below.
- Your name, company name, email address, and phone number.
- The QuickBooks Online company name or company ID, if known.
- The type of request: delete app data, disconnect app access, correct data, or export available data.
- Any details that help us locate the relevant account or workflow.
What happens next
- MSO will verify the requester's authority to act for the relevant company or account.
- MSO will review the connected app records and identify information eligible for deletion.
- MSO will delete or de-identify eligible data within a reasonable period after verification.
- MSO will confirm completion or explain if certain information must be retained.
Disconnecting QuickBooks Online access
You may revoke the app's access to QuickBooks Online from your Intuit account or QuickBooks Online app connection settings. MSO staff may also follow the Disconnect URL instructions or contact the authorized user for help with disconnection.
Information we may retain
Some information may be retained when required for legal, accounting, tax, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, backup, or legitimate business record purposes. Retained information will be handled according to the Privacy Policy.
