- QuickBooks Online company data authorized by MSO for enabled internal automation workflows.
QuickBooks Online data
The MSO Automation App is a self-hosted n8n automation used internally by authorized MSO staff. If MSO connects the app to QuickBooks Online, the app may access only the data required for approved internal workflows. Depending on the workflow, this may include customer, vendor, product or service item, invoice, bill, purchase-order, payment, account, and related transaction data.
How we use information
- To provide quotes, product distribution, support, and customer service.
- To operate, troubleshoot, secure, and improve the MSO Automation App.
- To perform authorized internal business automation tasks with connected QuickBooks Online data.
- To comply with legal, accounting, tax, fraud prevention, and security obligations.
How we share information
We do not sell QuickBooks Online data or customer contact information. We may share information with service providers who help us host, operate, secure, or support our website and app, with professional advisors, with government authorities when legally required, or with your permission.
Data retention
We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer period is required for legal, accounting, tax, security, dispute, or fraud-prevention reasons. When information is no longer needed, we delete, de-identify, or securely archive it.
Your choices
- You may contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or support for your information.
- You may disconnect the app from QuickBooks Online through your Intuit account or by contacting MSO.
- You may request deletion using the process on our Data Deletion page.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. No internet service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
International users
MSO Import & Export LLC is based in the United States. If you access our website or app from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States.
