Disconnect process
- Message the authorized MSO QuickBooks Online user or administrator.
- Ask the authorized user to disconnect or revoke the app connection from QuickBooks Online or Intuit app settings.
- Ask the authorized user to confirm that the n8n workflow connection has been removed or disabled.
- Contact MSO support if the connection still appears active after disconnection.
Reconnect process
To reconnect the automation, message the authorized MSO user and ask them to follow the Connect / Reconnect URL instructions.
Request help
Email sales@msoexport.com with the subject line "MSO Automation App Disconnect" and include the company name, requester name, and whether you need disconnection or reconnection.
