Internal app only
The MSO Automation App is for internal use by authorized MSO Import & Export LLC staff only. It is not a public SaaS product, marketplace service, or customer-facing portal.
Purpose
The app uses self-hosted n8n workflows to automate approved internal processes, including invoice creation and other repetitive administrative tasks connected to QuickBooks Online.
Authorized users
- Only MSO-approved staff may access or operate the app.
- Users must protect credentials and follow MSO's internal access instructions.
- Users may not share access, expose workflow links publicly, or use the app for personal purposes.
- Users may connect only the QuickBooks Online company that MSO authorizes.
QuickBooks Online connection
The app may use Intuit authorization to connect approved n8n workflows with QuickBooks Online. By using the app, authorized MSO staff agree that the app may access and process the QuickBooks Online data needed for those approved workflows.
Data use
The app may process business records such as customers, items, invoices, payments, and related accounting records when needed for an approved workflow. Data handling is described in the Privacy Policy.
Disconnecting or reconnecting
Connection changes must be handled by the authorized MSO user or administrator. See the Connect / Reconnect URL and Disconnect URL instructions.
Availability
The app is provided for MSO internal operations. Workflows may be modified, paused, or disabled when needed for maintenance, security, troubleshooting, or operational changes.
No resale or external use
The app may not be resold, sublicensed, embedded in another product, offered to third parties, or used outside MSO's internal business operations without written approval from MSO management.
