Who can connect
Only the authorized MSO QuickBooks Online user or administrator should connect or reconnect the MSO Automation App. Other MSO staff should request help from that authorized MSO user.
Connection steps
- Contact the authorized MSO QuickBooks Online user or administrator.
- The authorized MSO user opens the production n8n connection workflow.
- The authorized MSO user signs in with Intuit and approves the requested QuickBooks Online access.
- MSO confirms the n8n workflow runs correctly after authorization.
Access is restricted to the authorized MSO user or administrator responsible for the
QuickBooks Online connection.
Reconnect after disconnection
If the app was disconnected, the authorized MSO user should repeat the connection steps above. If the workflow fails, email sales@msoexport.com .
