Connect QuickBooks Online

This page explains how authorized MSO staff connect or reconnect the internal n8n automation workflows to QuickBooks Online.

Who can connect

Only the authorized MSO QuickBooks Online user or administrator should connect or reconnect the MSO Automation App. Other staff should request help from that authorized user.

Connection steps

  1. Contact the authorized MSO QuickBooks Online user or administrator.
  2. The authorized user opens the production n8n connection workflow.
  3. The authorized user signs in with Intuit and approves the requested QuickBooks Online access.
  4. MSO confirms the n8n workflow runs correctly after authorization.

Reconnect after disconnection
